Bsogood built a unique platform to connect professionals with a brand new client base, starting with the beauty industry. Ventura were asked to recruit professionals from within the beauty industry, specifically hairdressers and barbers, to create professional profiles on the platform.
Utilising job role targeting across Facebook and LinkedIn, Ventura were able to target users with specific mobile-based professions from across the UK. CRO was implemented to better understand the strength of the sign-up process, focussing on where users were dropping out. Email marketing campaigns were designed by Ventura’s creative team to maintain points of contact and user engagement
Management of paid social activity across platforms, including weekly tests of location and CTAs (call to action). Ventura’s in-house creative team also produced ad copy variations for each target persona: hairdresser, barber, MUA, nail tech and consumer.
Using heat mapping and user-flow analytics tools to identify potential friction points in the sign-up process for professionals on the website to eliminate drop-outs
Ventura created an onboarding email automation series to educate new users on the platform and its benefits, with the end goal being active platform usage. We utilised SendGrid to deliver ‘transactional’ emails such as sign-up confirmations instantaneously, integrated with Drip to deliver marketing focussed emails. Extra focus on creative within the body of the emails, utilising branded gifs and infographics created by Ventura’s creative team in-house to engage users and build Bsogood’s brand image
